We aim to turn around most briefs in 2 working days.

We are a small team and will ensure communication and briefing is addressed by more than one designer, this means we have two designers per retainer at a minimum to cover each others sickness and annual leave, giving you with a seamless coverage.
We do shut the studio for a few days between Christmas and New Year, to give our team time to rest, but briefs can be completed in advance.

Yes, retainers can scale over time depending on capacity and requirements.

Unfortunately this isn’t something we can offer at this time. Hours are to be used in the booked month.
Occasionally our team are able to bring hours forward if the previous month requires a couple of hours extra, however we recommend time is bolted on to ensure full coverage, every month.
